Refund and Cancellation Policy

Overview

Square1 Technologies LLC provides water purification and treatment technology that may involve product consultation, custom configuration, special ordering, engineering review, shipping coordination, and installation planning. Refund and cancellation eligibility depends on the status of the order and whether custom work has begun.

Inquiry stage

There is no charge for general website inquiries. Submitting a contact form or requesting information does not create a purchase obligation.

Orders and deposits

If a product order, deposit, or project agreement is accepted, the applicable quote, invoice, or written agreement will describe payment terms. Custom-configured systems, special-order components, and project-specific work may be non-refundable once procurement, configuration, or engineering work has started.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@square1tech.us. If an order has not entered procurement, configuration, production, shipment, or project-specific work, Square1 Technologies LLC may approve cancellation and refund eligible amounts, excluding any non-refundable fees stated in the quote or agreement.

Returns

Returned products must be authorized in writing before shipment. Products that are used, installed, damaged, modified, custom-configured, or missing original components may not be eligible for return. Approved returns may be subject to inspection, restocking fees, shipping deductions, and processing time.

Shipping damage

Customers should inspect shipments promptly and report visible damage, missing items, or delivery issues as soon as possible. Photos, packaging information, and carrier documentation may be required.

No performance-based refund without evaluation

Because water treatment performance depends on source water, system configuration, installation, operation, and maintenance, performance concerns must be evaluated before any refund decision. Water testing records, maintenance documentation, installation details, and operating conditions may be requested.
